WHO WE ARE AND WHAT TO EXPECT

Cook with a local

We run boutique cooking classes for 1-3 people with locals that aim to promote the meeting among people and bring them closer for a meal or for the rest of their lives. 

Classes are held in private houses in the old town in Parma, a city where food is culture, identity, the past and the future. 

We will be offering hands-on cooking classes culminating in a simple - but fine - sit-down meal for you to enjoy at the end using top quality ingredients. You will learn how to recognize the best raw materials and discover the origins and the history of our recipes.

All recipes are healthy and fresh, with just 3-5 ingredients (not including staples like salt, pepper and oil) and can slightly vary according to seasonal products.

Classes last approximately 1.5-2 hours and start at 18.00 - unless agreed differently.

Classes can be held in English, French, and German from Monday to Sunday as from 6 p.m.
