A fun and authentic experience
If you like to experience Italy in a dish and have a glimpse inside a real Italian home, you are in the right place.
We run fun and engaging cooking classes with locals that aim to promote the meeting among people and bring them closer for a meal or for the rest of their lives.
Classes are held in private houses in the old town in Parma, a city where food is culture, identity, the past and the future.
We will be offering hands-on, well-planned and informative cooking classes culminating in a simple - but fine - sit-down meal for you to enjoy at the end using top quality ingredients. You will learn how to recognize the best ingredients and discover the origins and the history of our recipes.
All recipes are healthy and fresh, with just 3-5 ingredients and can slightly vary according to seasonal products.
Classes last approximately 2 hours and start at 6 p.m./18.00 - unless agreed differently.
